Controversies • In a June 2011 radio interview, Randy Orton stirred up controversy when he referred to Kelly-Kelly, a former WWE Diva, as a friend. Furthermore, he freely acknowledged taking too many drugs, which fueled the flames.
• Mr. Kennedy, a former WWE superstar, accuses Randy Orton of firing him from the organization. The former claimed in an interview that Randy made a big deal about being hit on the neck by his move, but Mr. Kennedy refuted this claim, saying Orton’s head never touched the mat. Kennedy was eventually fired as a result of this incident.
• In 2007, during the WWE’s UK tour, Orton caused damages to a hotel in the United Kingdom totaling $50,000. He was forced to pay for these damages out of his pocket, and was promptly sent home.
