Controversy •  On November 28, 2020, a woman by the name of Hamiza Mukhtar accused Babar Azam of various offenses. These accusations involved coercion, bogus marriage vows, and sexual abuse. In 2017, she reported Babar to the authorities at the station in Nasirabad. They were classmates in school and shared neighborhoods, according to Hamiza Mukhtar, who alleged that for 10 years, Babar sexually and physically abused her. She submitted the plea to a Lahore session court. The court ordered Babar’s FIR to be filed by the Federal Agency Cyber Crime Cell. Hamiza Mukhtar informed her that the accusations made against Babar were untrue and abandoned her case on January 15, 2021.
